Booking

Booking could not be easier. To check availability or to book a tour call us on 01373 472289 and we will hold your seats for 7 days, after which time we will require a deposit to confirm the booking. You will receive a receipt to confirm your booking and a Booking Form, which must be completed and returned to us, or you can download the form here.

Booking Folder

Full balances are due on all holidays a minimum of 7 weeks before departure. The date of the balance payment is specified on your initial receipt.

At around the same time you will receive full details of your pick up, luggage labels and details of your hotel. All monies due can be paid by cheque, cash or by bank transfer.

If you have any special requirements, these must be notified to us at the time of your booking. We will endeavour to meet all requests, but they cannot be guaranteed.

Unless specific seats are requested, seating will be allocated on a first come basis

Single room occupancy

Single rooms have limited availability and carry a supplement as indicated on the bottom of the price ticket as shown on each holiday. The booking of a single room automatically obliges the client to accept the supplement. The payment of a single room supplement does not imply that any room allocated will be anything other than a single room.
